Big O Trading 787 cc is a registered reseller with the major South African distributors (Tarsus, Pinnacle, Mustek, Syntech, SMD, DCC, Kolok, Silveray and more). We obtain the official supplier quotes for the items in your RFQ or tender and hand them to you at supplier cost, with stock availability and lead times, so you can price your bid with confidence.

How it works

1. Pay R100.00 (VAT inclusive) by adding this service to your cart and checking out. One payment covers one RFQ or tender.
2. Send us your documents. Email the RFQ/tender and item list to Tonny@Bigotrading787.co.za (or WhatsApp +27 72 449 5640) quoting your order number.
3. Receive your quotes within 3 working days of us receiving payment and complete documents.

Terms and conditions

1. Fee: R100.00 per RFQ or tender, VAT inclusive, payable upfront. It covers the quote-sourcing service only and is not a deposit on any goods.
2. Turnaround: 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from receipt of payment and complete documents. Very large or complex tenders may need longer; we will tell you upfront.
3. Quotes are issued by the suppliers and are valid for the period stated on each quote. Prices and stock can change without notice.
4. Supplier cost pricing is provided for your bid preparation. You remain responsible for your own margins, bid compliance and submission.
5. The fee is non-refundable once sourcing has started. If we cannot assist with your request at all, the fee is refunded in full.
6. Your documents are treated as confidential and used only to obtain the quotes requested.
7. If you award the supply to Big O Trading 787, the R100 fee is credited against your first order.
