What you get

• Genuine OEM / distributor quotations for the items in your RFQ - IT hardware, laptops and desktops, printers, ink and toner, software licences, networking, stationery, office and school supplies, corporate gifts and more.
• Pricing at supplier cost (no Big O margin added) with stock availability and lead times.
• Equivalents suggested where a specified item is end-of-life or out of stock.
• Access to our supplier network: Tarsus, Pinnacle, Mustek, Syntech, SMD, DCC, Kolok, Silveray and others.

Terms and conditions

1. Registration. To use this service you must register as a Big O Trading 787 client (a free customer account) and complete the RFQ request form in full. We use these details to issue your quotes and tax invoice.
2. Fee. R100.00 per RFQ or tender, VAT inclusive, payable upfront. The fee covers the quote-sourcing service only and is not a deposit on any goods.
3. Turnaround. 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays) from the time we receive your payment and a complete request form. Very large or complex tenders may need longer - we will tell you upfront before we start.
4. Quotes. Quotations are issued by the suppliers and are valid for the period stated on each quote. Supplier prices and stock can change without notice.
5. Your responsibility. Supplier cost pricing is provided for your bid preparation. You remain responsible for your own margins, bid compliance, pricing schedules and submission.
6. Refunds. The fee is non-refundable once we have started sourcing quotes. If we cannot assist with your request at all, the fee is refunded in full.
7. Confidentiality. Your documents and company details are treated as confidential and are used only to obtain the quotes you requested and to keep your client record.
8. Credit on award. If you award the supply to Big O Trading 787, the R100 fee is credited against your first order.
9. By paying the fee and submitting the form you accept these terms. Big O Trading 787 cc - B-BBEE Level 1, CSD registered.
