Delivery

Delivery timeframes (working days, once payment has cleared):

Pretoria and Johannesburg: 1 - 3 working days. Cape Town and Durban: 2 - 4 working days. Outlying and rural areas: 3 - 5 working days.

 

Delivery costs:

A flat delivery fee of R119 (including VAT) applies to all orders under R3 000. Delivery is FREE on all orders of R3 000 or more, anywhere in South Africa.

 

Please note:

Delivery timeframes apply only to items in stock, and begin once your payment reflects and your order is confirmed. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We currently ship within South Africa only.

 

Tracking:

We will provide a tracking number by email or SMS so you can monitor your order's progress.

 

Collection:

Walk-in collection from our Pretoria premises is available by arrangement - please wait for your order-ready confirmation before collecting.
