Refunds
✅ Defective or Faulty Products
- If a product is defective, faulty, or unsafe, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase.
- We will attempt repair. If the problem persists, the customer may request a replacement or full refund.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
✅ Incorrect or Undesired Product (In-Store & Online Purchases)
- If the wrong item is delivered, we will provide an exchange or full refund.
- If a customer changes their mind, a 30% Handling fee will be charged, and delivery costs will be charged to the customer's account. You may return it within 7 working days of purchase, and the product must not be opened.
✅ Failure to Deliver Online Orders
- If an order is not delivered within 7 days, the customer may cancel and request a refund.
