At Big O Trading 787 we deliver nationwide across South Africa through trusted courier partners.

 

Delivery fees

A flat delivery fee of R119 (including VAT) applies to all orders under R3 000. Delivery is FREE on all orders of R3 000 or more, anywhere in South Africa.

 

Delivery timeframes (working days, once payment has cleared)

Pretoria and Johannesburg: 1 - 3 working days. Cape Town and Durban: 2 - 4 working days. Outlying and rural areas: 3 - 5 working days.

 

Please note

Delivery timeframes apply only to items marked as in stock at the time of purchase, and begin once your payment reflects and your order is confirmed. Orders paid by card or by same-bank EFT are processed fastest; EFT payments from other banks are dispatched once the funds clear. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, and we currently ship within South Africa only. Circumstances beyond our control - such as weather, courier delays, load-shedding, or strike action - may occasionally extend delivery times, and we will keep you informed if this affects your order.

 

Collection

Walk-in collection from our premises is available by arrangement. Please wait for your order-ready confirmation before collecting.
